By installing, activating, or using tSaver you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
License and usage
- You are granted a personal, non‑transferable license to install and use tSaver in accordance with your selected plan (trial, subscription, or lifetime license).
- Each license is bound to a single machine unless otherwise stated. Sharing or reselling license keys is not permitted.
- Trials are time‑limited and may include download limits as described on the pricing page or in the app.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third‑party services or platforms from which you download content.
- tSaver is provided for lawful use only. You must not use it to infringe copyright or violate any applicable law.
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses that are abused, shared publicly, or used in ways that threaten system stability.
Updates and changes
We may update tSaver, the backend services, or these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via the app, email, or release notes). Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
tSaver is provided on an “as‑is” basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
